~ Huge ring around the Moon ~ When there’s very high cirrus cloud in the sky keep a look out for this beautiful event that’s caused by millions of hexagonal ice crystals being refracted by the moonlight. Image was taken with a Canon 7D and a Canon 10-20mm lens set at 10mm to capture the full 22 degree halo around the Moon.
